Deadline Compliance 2015+ Grant Specific Deadline Compliance Status Report posted to HUD Exchange Posted report updated monthly After release 11.13 IDIS PR49 will have grant specific version PJ will use grant based accounting to commit and disburse these funds
Local Account Funds Commit & disburse for the same activity After IDIS 11.13 the system will enforce: Commit before Treasury funds (i.e., grant funds) Except for CHDO set aside funds (CR, CL) Commitment requirement 2 years after the start of the following program year E.g., local account funds received in 2016 program year: Included in FY 2017 annual action plan Committed before 2017 grant funds Committed by commitment deadline in 2019 Disbursed before grant funds if committed to the same activity Instead of disbursing first for any activity No longer have to be disbursed before Treasury account funds unless committed to an activity with Treasury account funds
Auto-cancellation IDIS auto-cancellation feature – including flags - will be removed in IDIS release 11.13 Prevent accidental loss of funds if activity auto-cancelled after 24-month deadline PR21 HOME Auto Cancel Report will include no new activities after release 11.13 If activities are auto-cancelled before then contact your field office
