Task A: Article “Explain the role of effective communication and interpersonal interaction in a health and social care context.” Introduction – who you are and where you work. Who you work with. Why effective communication is so important in your setting or in health and social care in general: How does it benefit staff and service users? What could go wrong if communication was poor?
