Upcoming Class Offering Auxiliary Weather Specialist (AUXWEA) Who/What: Division 12 is recruiting students for a winter presentation of the recently revised Auxiliary Weather Specialist (AUXWEA) Course. This is one of the three mandatory courses required for Auxiliarist working toward the prestigious AUXOPS designation. Course Manuals: The student study guide for this course can be downloaded at http://wow.uscgaux.info/content.php?unit=T-DEPT&category=training-materials . When: The course will be presented in five 8-hour Saturday sessions as shown below.. Instructors will cover two chapters every other Saturday for the first four sessions. The last session will be the following Saturday and will consist of a review and the proctored final exam. Classes will usually start at 0900 but may delayed or cut short based on weather. Where: American Legion Ambulance 64 Training Facility at 900 Smyrna-Clayton Boulevard in Smyrna, DE  19977 Class Dates Saturday, 12 January Saturday, 26 January Saturday, 2 February Saturday, 23 February Saturday, 2 March Uniform: ODUs Meals: Meals will not be provided. Plan to bring your own lunch. Any beverages you bring should have a top that can be closed.
