CLASS GOALS Budget Development Money Management Wise Use of Credit Consumer Information

The average American has a financial emergency once every 18 months! The use of credit or the incurring of debt is prohibited while in Chapter 13.

90% of Americans have no savings. It is suggested that we have a savings account equal to at least 6 to 9 months of expenses.

General Information -------- is your Standing Chapter 13 Trustee. Put your case number on all payments and/or correspondence. ALWAYS mail payments to the PO Box in Memphis, TN.

Payments Wage Directive is mandatory if you earn wages or salary as income. DO NOT GIVE THE FORM TO YOUR EMPLOYER. Keep your payroll stubs and monitor your deductions periodically until your case completes. It is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

There is a $1.50 fee per transaction. You can use this option at any time – not required to use it each month or any month
