In the home page, click on “Reports”

In the Reports module’s home page, click on “Custom” folder

Inside the Custom folder, click on “Skyward Flat File new version” report

1. Fill in date parameters 1. Fill in date parameters. Make sure “Date Switch” is set on “Processing Date”. 2. Click on “Submit” Button

Click on “Download”

Select Excel Data. Click on “Save Report” Button

When box appears, click “Open”

XL file will appear in new window

Choose File Name and Save In location Save as Type: Text (Tab delimited)(*txt) File should be ready to import to Skyward

File appears like this when opened in Notepad—Check with Skyward on how to get this into their system, but this should be the information (and format) they need
