Data SIG Proposed Terms Of Reference Overall Purpose: Provide detailed technical updates to Data IT Subject Matter Experts to ensure Trading Party IT Technical delivery plans are aligned with MOSL System Ready Plans. Meeting Owner Kaleem Sayed Authority: Informed on specific IT technical issues. Consulted on specific technical delivery aspects as required where industry advice is required. No decision making authority unless specifically asked to do so. Scope: Communication of System Ready technical specifications – RAD, SDD, Data Partner Knowledge Transfer of System Ready specific details – Data Migration Strategy Updates on specific technical details e.g. data sharing formats, data quality and cleansing Consultation where MOSL requires specific industry support or advice Prioritisation of activities to ensure alignment between MOSL and Trading Parties Act as an early warning system for specific technical issues. Membership: SIG Subject Matter experts as required (membership to flex dependent on specific agenda). May include Trading Partners System Integrators or data intermediaries when appropriate. MOSL reps and MOSL suppliers rep (e.g. CGI) as appropriate. Inputs: IT Specific Technical specifications and documentation CSD0301, Initial Data Upload Document Other Relevant Specific Technical Items Data cleansing Technical Updates to assist Trading Party Readiness Data Partner role Data Profiling & Validation tools Environments Source extract data Outputs: Action Log Recommendations made Relevant slides/technical details Meeting frequency: Monthly, 2 Hour Conference call (Face to Face by exception) DRAFT 13/01/2019
