BSR LNG Business cluster WP 5 BSR LNG Business cluster

Aim of the WP In order to apply Integrated LNG Value Chain and enable LNG powered transport corridors in BSR project aims to establish BSR LNG Business cluster. Cluster will help to gather and establish the critical mass of business to facilitate service, finance, technology and innovation for deploying LNG infrastructure, applying LNG as a fuel utilizing the Regions environmental challenges in to the business opportunities. Business opportunities Collaboration platform Innovation Experience, Knowledge, Competence We will build and efficient and sustainable business network.

BSR LNG cluster 5.1 BSR LNG business cluster will be established in order to apply Integrated LNG value chain, enable LNG powered transport corridors and increase regions LNG business competiveness will be created. BRS LNG cluster will be established as a networking organization to develop competitive advantage of the industry by providing: Business opportunities Collaboration platform Innovation and technology Outcome- functioning business network; collaboration agreement; action plan.

BSR LNG cluster scope 5.2 BSR LNG cluster scope reflects the cluster membership and action plan. Al the cluster content will be visualized in web data base providing the member profiles and business concepts. The web tool will serve as cluster scope and will be functioning as communication and promotion tool. The cluster scope will be provided by the cluster members promoting the member business propositions and filling in the member profiles, this will give a visual model of the BSR LNG value chain and will indicate clusters competitive advantages that will be used shaping clusters action plan and services. Outcome- Web system visualizing cluster scope, enabling business information access.

Internationalization of BSR LNG cluster 5.3 BSR, region is gathering world’s leading LNG application cases and technology providers now it is crucial to establish business cooperation network that would support application of established LNG business models, technology and knowledge in EU and Globally. To facilitate clusters competitive advantages and to provide access to global markets it is important to integrate cluster in the global LNG value chains offering technology, knowledge and expertise created in BSR for the world markets.
