Write both your name and the name of your mummy on the stick. ** If the apple is NOT covered, add an additional: 1 cup of baking soda and ½ cup of salt. Write in a new sentences what you observed and why you think that the ancient Egyptians might have used this process to preserve their dead. **Make sure that you bring both this sheet, with your results, and your mummified apple to class any time before – December 8, 2017
