You are always having a constant conversation within yourself, either out loud or internally. This conversation is called self-talk. Self-talk, either positive or negative, is what motivates you to do what you do. Your attitude, behavior, mental health, and actions come from this self-talk, even if it isn’t intentional. This type of self-talk will affect you reaching your goals.
