The Scenario The Outcome In order to properly fund the desired outcomes, the school must take a forceful stand on estate planning for the institution. Fund-raising through the development office and alumni must be aggressive, need driven and determined. Fund-raising from all sources must be complete by 2018 and a goal of $3,000,000. Vision of the Future - 2017 In order for the school to continue to be competitive technologically, they must continue to invest in technology and more importantly, training in the use of that technology for all teachers and staff. They should look to increase their market share by establishing themselves as a technological front-runner. Faculty must be trained properly in the use of new technology and the school must be willing to spend their finances on cutting edge technology instead of old and outdated equipment.
