Assessments Study Guide Pre/Post Tests Individualized Study Plan Multimedia Simulations Videos Tutor Center Research Navigator Who wants to earn a better grade in this course? MyPsychLab for Abnormal Psych contains numerous assessments – including a Free Study Guide and Pre/Post tests for every chapter. These pre/post test create an individualized study plan that will show you which parts of the chapter you may want to spend more time reviewing. Also, at the end of every chapter, MPL has a chapter exam. MPL for Abnormal Psych integrates simulations, videos, and additional multimedia to help you better understand the content described in the required text. MPL for Abnormal Psych also give you FREE access to the Tutor Center. The TC has hours Sun-Thurs from 5pm-12am eastern. They are there to help you understand the core topics from your textbook. Got a research project to do? MPL for Abnormal Psych gives you access to Research Navigator — a collection of searchable databases and research guidelines.

Need help improving your grade? ASSESSMENTS Here is an example of the Pre and Post test. These are found in every chapter. You can only take the Pre test once…but you can take the Post test as often as you like. Based on your results from the Pre and Post test – an Individualized Study Plan will be created. (show next slide).

Need help improving your grade? INDIVIDUALIZED STUDY PLAN The Individualized Study Plan will identify areas that you understand and also areas that you probably need to review. You can click on the chapter topic and be taken right back into the electronic version of the textbook.

Need help improving your grade? INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA Besides assessments – MPL for Abnormal Psych offers you a number of different multimedia products to help you understand key concepts discussed in your text. The above Explore is a Drag and Drop activity that helps demonstrate Classical Conditioning. You will learn about that in a few weeks.

Need help improving your grade? NUMEROUS VIDEOS Another great benefit of MPL for Abnormal Psych are all of the videos. Much like the previous Explore activity, the videos help explain key concepts.
