Scrub Seal Emulsions with Rejuvenators

Activities of the Spray Group to Date Developed materials spec and design practice for PMRE Included one table for all products Some issues with test parameters so the materials specs have been put on hold Andrew Hanz and Codrin Daranga have taken the lead on this effort How to best move forward with the materials spec

Purpose of Materials Spec Make certain that scrub seal spec is effective and properly rejuvenates the cracked asphalt mix Some products that have been used do not effectively rejuvenate the asphalt mix The spec needs to be designed to ensure successful applications The spec should be based on the used of the most successful products used to date

What other products should be considered? Types Elastic polymers Non elastic polymers Bio Based products Others Path forward to complete the process Further testing Products to include Timeline for completion
