Bed Separation Single Beds A minimum of 40 inches must be maintained between beds when the orientation of heads of beds are alternated 3 ft. 4 in. 40 in. 45 in. 6 ft. 6ft. Assumes heads are 7.5 inches from the end of each bed and beds are 75 inches long. 45 inches must be maintained between rows of beds. *Not to Scale
