What is needed to bowl? You need to go to a bowling alley Next you need a special pair of shoes Can rent these from the bowling alley Could buy your own You need to select a ball Again you can use the bowling alley’s

How to bowl Bowlers generally use a 3,4,or 5 step approach Cue words for the 3 step are: Push the ball OUT SWING the ball back BOWL the ball down the lane Bend at your knees Bend at waist Slide on the foot opposite of the hand you hold the bowling ball The 4 or 5 step approach is simply one or two extra steps followed by the 3 step
