ROBIN HOOD

Robin Hood Robin Hood is a heroic outlaw  in English legends who was a said to be a very good archer and swordsman. Traditionally he’s said to be dressed in in lincoln green. Robin Hood became a popular folk figure in the late-medieval period.

Who people think he is.. Traditionally Robin Hood would rob the greedy shieff of Nottingham of the tax money he collected preventing it from being given to the king. Therefore, Robin Hood would be considered a villain.

Who he really is… Robin Hood would steal from the rich, but he wouldn’t keep the money from the taxes for himself, he would give it to the poor.

ADAPTATION Robin Hood is still very popular because he is represented in literature, plays and films. Directors such as Michael Curtiz and Ridley Scott to Terry Gilliam and Mel Brooks.
