Review of Pending Action Points of Last Meeting • Review of Pending Action Points of Last Meeting Highlighted & Pending action points: The Cluster team to keep follow up to cover water gaps in Anbar and SAD camps. RIRP to ensure provision of the hygiene kits share to al Shahama and al Alam camps’ IDPs. Partners with a capacity for WASH in schools planning for West Anbar areas can contact UNICEF/Afkar/WSC9 and Anbar DoE. More advocacy with al Alam authority through ICCG CS, if there are enough shelter spaces in al Alam 1 and 2, to relocate families from al Alam 3 to 2 & 1 where there are better water service with no need of trucked water. TWG in Anbar and in SAD encouraged to more engage water authorities within the TWG coordination meetings and technical discussion. including exchange and share more information and reinforce communication with them.

Reinforcing water quality monitoring, risk assessments and hygiene promotion to prevent diarrhea incidences. WASH Cluster Recommendations: • Improve WQM and sustain standard chlorination ratios at all levels. • Register WQM testing results within the online template that the cluster shared its link recently. • Keep water tests results at camp level records. • Scale up and enhance hygiene promotion intervention at household and camps level. • Ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of sanitation facilities in all camps. • Distribution of IEC materials, recommended WASH IEC materials is available in below link (copy & paste, please do not click): https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0B8XKE-A4DDP_REpMc3I2U0dWRzQ • Share information on risky areas with AWD.
