A few general trends… Overall average was 30.8 out of 55 or approximately 56% Average % correct on all 5 passages Passage 1 (Poetry) = 54% Passage 2 (Prose) = 56% Passage 3 (Prose) = 57% Passage 4 (Poetry) = 60% Passage 5 (Prose)= 52%

Scoring Breakdown 3 20 25 11

Scoring Breakdown 38+ = 20 (A) 19% 27-37 = 17 (B) 42% 16-26 = 15 (C) 34% 0-15 = 12 (D) 5%

Individual Scores Look at your total score and figure out your percentage. Then, using the answer key, determine your percentage correct on each passage. Based on your results, answer the following questions in the back of your RJ. What was your overall percentage? Is this higher or lower than you were expecting? What are two things that contributed positively to your score? What are two things that contributed negatively to your score? Identify your strongest passage and your weakest passage. Identify why your strongest passage went so well and why your weakest passage was a struggle. Set two specific goals for how you will improve your test scores on the next multiple choice exam. Turn in the test packet, answer sheet and answer key before you leave.
