Improving Student Achievement Through School-Family-Community Partnerships Through a joint agreement with the State Department of Education, Middletown will receive support from the Connecticut School-Family Community Partnerships Project (SFCP Project). The SFCP Project selected three districts with a high level of readiness to participate in a new pilot program. Middletown was chosen because of its commitment to the partnership approach, its prior experience with school-level action teams, and because of its Family Resource Centers and other existing structures on which to build success. 1/14/2019

Improving Student Achievement Through School-Family-Community Partnerships “Middletown’s schools have long recognized the importance of community support and participation in our programs. This project will no doubt help strengthen our partnerships with parents and the community, toward improving learning and success for all of our students,” said Assistant Superintendent John Hennelly. 1/14/2019
