Huh? Here’s a little more info… Who: The Connecticut Consortium on School Attendance is a multi-year, collaborative effort of local school districts and statewide agencies AND a team of TMHS teachers, parents, faculty, and students What: Focus on improving school attendance in Connecticut When: NOW (…and the rest of this school year) Where: Here @ TMHS

How it Affects You! You, students of TMHS, will be awarded if you collectively maintain a 95% average daily attendance rate. Ongoing Incentives Quarterly Incentives Bettering Our Already-Existing Programs

What’s 95% ADA? How do I help? ADA stands for Average Daily Attendance If 95% of all TMHS students come to school every day we’re in session, the goal is met. Out of approx. 270 students, 256.5 (really, 257) have to come to school. Only 13 can be out to meet our goal. Only 1.1% increase from 2011-2012

Incentives – By Quarter First Quarter Second Quarter If goal is met during first quarter, you’ll have a 15 minute break on odd days until December 1st Movie Day Discounted Midnight Madness tickets! Free to perfect attendance

Incentives for 2nd Half of the Year Third Quarter Fourth Quarter Movie Day Field Day Project Adventure Water balloon toss Outdoor games Cookout Photo Area – for selfies, obvi And more!
