OH&S Procedure Roll-out Update to Best Practices Committee September 14, 2016

Objectives of Project To develop a repeatable process to roll-out new or revised health and safety policies or procedures; Effectively communicate the revised and new OH&S procedures; and, Implement a sign-off process.

The Sites Said… 99% of staff found the information session helpful ‘Having an opportunity to review policies and ask questions’ ‘The whole session was insightful; a great review on health and safety’ “Engagement of staff with questions; discussion” 91% of staff felt they received the necessary information and that questions were answered Unanswered questions compiled and answered on FAQ

The Sites Said… Positive Feedback: Suggestions for Improvement: “I believe that very effective initiatives were taken and provided to ensure we are very aware of policies and procedures. Very thorough.” “Good integration of group discussions to make session as interactive as possible.
