The performance evaluation process begins with the Unit AA Unit AA Role The performance evaluation process begins with the Unit AA Unit AA’s responsibility: send email notice to RN due for evaluation

Unit AA Role cont. AA visits website, opens link for pre-formatted Outlook email template

Director or Supervisor Unit AA Role cont. Email Address Name Date of Hire AA enters RN info (name, email address, date of hire). For units with multiple leadership personnel, AA enters specific supervisor or director’s name. AA sends email. Director or Supervisor
