The Impact of (MMC) on Health and Safety Management. The construction industry has witnessed significant growth over the last few decades. Such growth has resulted from the increased demand for housing resulting from the growing population.

The Impact of (MMC) on Health and Safety Management Under the adoption of the modern methods of construction, much cost will be attained (Kyjaková, et al. 2014, p. 32). Also, under such situation, the money that will be saved will be used in other waste management project to avoid environmental contamination.

Research Aim This research aims at identifying how the increased MMC's have impacted our health and safety in different areas. Many ideas and sources are sought from various literature material and conducting questionnaires to give a broader understanding of the extent of knowledge of MMC impact on health.

The Research Objectives To identify the different technologies, that is applied in the modern methods of construction. To identify how modern methods of construction has impacted the construction industry. To identify the extent of public knowledge of modern methods of construction. To identify the various safety and health management issues influenced by the adoption of modern methods of construction.

METHODOLOGY The adoption of case research is highly influenced by the objectives of the study. The descriptive nature of the study, which attempts to understand what is happening, and the exploratory nature, which seeks to answer why or how it happened, justifies the use of case research in this study of cause and effects. Using the case study in answering such questions provides rich, descriptive, and insightful explanations that other methods fail to accomplish.

Data Collection The dissertation used both the primary and secondary data for in-depth discussion and analysis of the impact of MMC on both health and safety management. Primary data was generated through in-depth questionnaires, while secondary data was sought from existing materials including journals, books, and reviews, other credible online databases and websites. The interview questionnaire had open-ended questions to allow each participant from the respective sides to express their views and perceptions of experiences on the impact of MMC on both health and safety management.

LITERATURE REVIEW There are several new strategies and technologies that have been innovated in the construction industry that are more cost-effective and appealing (Abernethy and Chua, 1996, p. 569). Examples of the modern methods of construction are inclusive of the three- dimension construction of building units and the precast plat panel.

FINDINGS AND DISCUSSION Finding proved that various modern methods of construction had impacted the construction industry. Again, it was found that different technologies had to be applied in the modern methods of construction to help make the environment much safer and in turn, improve safety measures and protect health

Conclusion Various safety and health management issues influenced by the adoption of modern methods of construction are seen to be giving positive results. This is evident where strong structures built cannot easily fall as they are founded on better architectural measures. In the case of limited space in urban cities, the green roofs can provide water management features that can go a long way in helping property owners and enhance environment conservation.
