Miami-Dade County Public School student experience in Destiny/Axis 360

Catalog search in Destiny

Search by keyword, author or subject

Search results show the digital content along with the library’s print offerings

Browse eBooks/Audiobooks from Destiny Discover

Switch to “Destiny Discover” from the Destiny catalog or use the Destiny Discover app

eBooks and Audiobooks appear in their own sections

Click on “See all…” to find other ways to filter

Opening and Reading a book

Click “Open” from the results in either method to be brought to the book on the Magic Wall

Click “Checkout” to check out the book

Enter Destiny username/password to log in (if you had already logged into Destiny, Axis 360 recognizes you and this step is skipped*) If you used the Destiny Discover app to find the book, a browser will be opened on their device and they will need to log in.

Click “Read Now" to read in browser or open app on a device Click “Read Now" to read in browser or open app on a device. The app will open to the latest checkout.

Books can also be searched by the Magic Wall customized for each school
