Program Overview LifeBalance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Toll-free telephone number for all questions and concerns Voluntary and confidential No additional cost to you and your dependents Bilingual (English/French) Telephonic and in-person counselling available (national service), as well as video counselling live via webcam Support and resources available online at www.lifebalance.net and by mobile app Educational materials on a variety of topics Research conducted on your behalf

Our Counselling Approach Counselling may take place over the telephone, by video (live via webcam) or in person Short-term, solution-focused Number of sessions varies and determined on a case-by-case basis Our EAP counsellors must: Adhere to our service and quality standards Have a minimum of five years’ experience Hold a Master’s degree in psychology, social work or other human services field Be members of their respective professional body
