Del. 1 - Investigation What is it? Why do it? What it's not? Information you gather to support (drive) your project Why do it? Before you can advance the state-of-the-art, you need to have a thorough understanding of the problem and some knowledge of the current designs. What it's not? This is NOT your team's proposal ... that will come later after you've had a chance to brainstorm solutions.
