Request for Comment: AAFP and CAFM Organizations PREAMBLE This flow diagram illustrates the flow of communication needed when CAFM is engaged in developing or commenting on key issues. It articulates two pathways depending on the depth of CAFM involvement. When an issue comes to CAFM , consider use of exec staff in ”Quick Huddles” if necessary to determine the breadth of response (CAFM versus individual organizations within CAFM) Allowing for Abstention or non-involvement by one o more CAFM organizations is part of this process.
