Functional Areas Who does what?

Rules You will be in teams of 3 You will each take the role of a board of directors of a business You will see a possible scenario appear on the board and you have to decide which department / function should deal with it Once you have decided this you become that department and say what you would do!

HINT: IT COULD BE MORE THAN ONE DEPARTMENT Example Scenario A customer service manager reports that a group of customers have been complaining about the noise by one of your cars brakes when breaking Who should deal with it? What should be done? HINT: IT COULD BE MORE THAN ONE DEPARTMENT

HINT: IT COULD BE MORE THAN ONE DEPARTMENT For Real! Scenario 1 You have received a large order from an overseas customer that requires you to make an additional 50% of your best selling range of teddy bears? Who should deal with it? What should be done? HINT: IT COULD BE MORE THAN ONE DEPARTMENT

Scenario 5 You need to improve the efficiency of your internal management systems by installing a new computer system. You then need to manually input a lot of data into the new system? Who should deal with it? What should be done?
