University Writing Studio The Writing Studio is a free service for current UF students. Here, students have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a tutor. Their aim is to help students become more effective writers; they do not purely proofread or edit student work. Instead, they assist students to become better proofreaders and editors of their own work. They offer students individual, half-hour sessions with one of their experienced grad student writing tutors.
