Who was Buddha? SUFFERING He was born Siddhartha Gautama – he was a prince from the KSHYATRIYA (warrior) caste Lived from 560 B.C. and 480 B.C Became BUDDHA = the Enlightened One He left his palace to see the world and found SUFFERING

The Enlightened One At age 29 Siddhartha went on a QUEST to find a way to end the world’s suffering After six years of searching he meditated and became THE BUDDHA = enlightened one What does this mean?
