Methodology of the EDPs 1.-The EDPS receives complaints from EU staff members as well as from other people who feel that their personal data have been mishandled 2.-If a complaint is admissible, the EDPS carries out an inquiry. 3.-The findings are communicated to the complainant, and necessary measures are adopted. This includes previous opinions, information and how to make complaints, decissions about complaints, etc. Assess: Give recommendations for the new legislation that directly infer over the protection of the personal data.
