Overall, DNA samples producing lower QC values yielded high SNP call rates (A; linear regression R2 = 0.2722; nonparametric Spearman correlation P value = 0.0324) and reduced LRR variance (B; linear regression R2 = 0.06942; nonparametric Spearman correlation P value 0.0728). LRR Variance also correlated with SNP call rates (C; linear regression R2 = 0.4878; nonparametric Spearman correlation P value < 0.0001).
