CONFLICT & PERSONALITY DIRECTIVE: Don’t just order them to get along. EXPRESSIVE: Make sure you don’t do all the talking or be tempted to sell them a solution. SOCIABLE: Don’t let them use your need for love against you. ANALYTICAL: Have the meeting. Don’t solve the problem on paper.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION Break into groups and come up with one conflict for each group. Have the group come up with an approach to deal with the conflict.
