Government In-Class final at the end of the course (20% of the final grade) 1st Marking Period counts twice (40%) and 2nd Marking Period counts twice (40%) Everything is worth points (projects, participation, discussions, quizzes, tests) Total points earned / total points for the quarter

Government Major Assignments Community Service Board Meeting 2 presentations Discussion (attendance in class is a must!!!)

Government My goal is to provide information for the future voters on current topics that will effect our country. I would like the students to develop an opinion on the issues, the political parties, and candidates.

Government The class will also learn how the different levels of government interact. Also, the students will learn the roles and job that each branch of government has.
