Solution: Explanation: This message is displayed if you have entered an invalid expire date/time. Action: Make sure that the date is entered correctly and that you have not entered zeros. This name already exists. List names must be unique. Troubleshooting Patient Lists ERROR: This name already exists. List names must be unique. Solution: Explanation: This message is displayed when renaming a current list to a name that already exists. Action: Select another name for the list, and then continue. Patient Lists
Troubleshooting Patient Lists ERROR: You have already defined the maximum allowable number of Patient Lists. Solution: Explanation: This message is displayed when you have tried to add another list to your current lists and you already have the maximum number (10). Action: Delete one of the lists that you are not using so that you have room to add the new one. Patient Lists
Troubleshooting Patient Lists ERROR: This list must be removed from the Current Lists before it can be deleted. Solution: Explanation: This message is displayed if you have selected one of your custom lists and clicked Remove, but the list you are trying to delete has been added to your current Patient List view. Action: Remove the list from the current list box first, then choose it from the list of custom Patient Lists and select Remove. Patient Lists

Solution: Explanation: This message is displayed when the preference is set to load all built lists of the chosen provider, but the chosen provider has no Patient Lists built. Action: The provider for whom you are trying to print a list must add some Patient Lists to his or her view. Patient Lists
