Colossians 1:16-17 “For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities – all things have been created by Him and for Him. And He is before all things and in Him all things hold together.”

IV Consider His ETERNALITY (vv 10-12) A. He Created All B. He is Eternal

The heavens and earth will perish, grow old, and be changed, but Jesus will remain, be the same, and not fail.

V Consider His SOVEREIGNTY (vv 13-14) A. Seated at Father’s Right Hand B. Angels are Ministering Spirits

God has spoken and He holds us responsible to understand, interpret, obey and teach what He said, as opposed to deconstructing anything the Bible says…

On the road to Emmaus Jesus addressed the disciples a foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe…

Summary and Conclusion: Revelation 5:11-12 “…Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and blessing.” In other words, let Jesus, not even angels be the focus of your interest and adoration. Be touched by more than an angel!
