How to start using in few easy steps
How to start a new match: Select The Match Type: Click on New Match Select a competition Enter username and password Select a Match
Now, you are ready to start a Match! Enter info about the Match and… …choose Teams!
The Software will display the List from which you can select players for the Match Use this button to add one player to the Roster. Click on this Button to select all players for the Match. Use this Button to remove a player from the Roster. Select [New Player] to add a player in the roster.
Select the Captain and Liberos from this menu. Enter Staff.
Select the position on court, and assign the service. Double click on the players to Add them to the line-ups Click on Line-ups to insert players
Click on start Start Set Start the Match Click on start Start Set Select the Serve
Click here to delete last rally. Click on Start Rally when the player tosses the ball to serve Assign a point at the end of the rally.
Manage the Libero by using the following buttons Libero Buttons Manage the Libero by using the following buttons Select “Libero out” to change the libero on court with the player substituted Click on Exchange libero to switch the first and the second libero on court. Declare a Libero unable to play, if there’s just one libero select another player from the player List.
Video Challenge – Video Verification The Software will display this windows in which the scorekeeper shall enter the reason and the referee decision. Select this option when a team ask for a Challenge verification
Time Out and Substitution A time out can be called by a team by clicking the Time out button for that team. The number of time outs will be increased in the cell positioned next to the Time out button on the screen You can perform a substitution in one of the following ways: by pressing the substitution button by using the associated function key by clicking in the players list drag and drop from the bench to the court
Approval Procedure At the end of the match (when all the sets are finished and when one of the two teams has won). The software will display this window to start the Approval procedure. When you confirm the end of the last set the following button will appear in the centre of the screen Press the Scoresheet approval button and the following window will be displayed: in this window, according to the Federation, the referee and the supervisor will enter the passwords to confirm the end of the match and it will be possible to view the technical comments and add additional notes if required. The technical comments are the manual changes that are made during a match and cannot be changed. By pressing OK you will be asked for the destination folder where you want to save the match.
Approval Procedure This window displays the teams and the final scores with the date, season and name of the referee and allows you to perform the following operations: upload match print scoresheet - It is mandatory for specific Federations to send the match to the server at the end of the game. - If the match has not been approved or sent, the following window will appear with the warning message to say it has not been sent.
Additional Buttons Click on the INJURY button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen. In the Manage injuries window you will have to select the team of the injured player and then the injured player. You can choose from the players on court, on bench or the Libero(s). Click on the Sanction button to call or assign a sanction during a match The first Referee can also ask for a Video Check, the scorekeeper press the relative button. The REPLAY button is used to undo or replay a rally should the referee change his mind about a rally
Additional Buttons Click on this button to modify match info Save the match and close the software This button allows you to print the scoresheet. In Scoresheet notes you can add and modify all the comments you want. The technical notes will be a breakdown of all the manual changes made during the match, they are read only and cannot be modified.

It’s possible to use the App in “Bench” mode to manage Line-Up, Substitutions, Timeouts and Video Challenge; In “Referee” mode to check player position on the court and all requests from benches or “Press” mode to have live information about Teams rotations and requests.
