New STAR Features Search by Urgency Link Attachments to Actions filter tasks by Urgency; Urgency field is made viewable under Task Details and Form View tab Link Attachments to Actions Link/unlink attachments directly from actions. Watchlist STAR Watch feature allows client user to monitor tasks that are not assigned to logged user When task is labeled as watching task user shall receive email and task notification updates based on the user notification setup Watch icon located in the top left corner of the screen indicates if task is being watched; gray inactive – colored active Watching task is triggered by left clicking on the “eye” icon. When deselected task is removed from the watch list

It allows user to change how information is viewed and filtered. Watch List feature allows tickets to be monitored by multiple users – includes dashboard watchlist metric and activity notifications sent via email.
