INSTRUCTIONS SLIDE 1 Welcome This is a template to create an Instructional Design Document of the concept you have selected for creating animation. This will take you through a 5 section process to provide the necessary details to the animator before starting the animation. The legend on the left will indicate the current status of the document. The Black coloured number will denote the current section, the Turquoise color would denote the completed sections, and the Sky blue color would denote the remaining sections. The slides having 'Instructions' would have a Yellow box, as shown on the top of this slide. 2 3 4 5 1

CYCLOHEXANE- CONFORMATIONAL ANALYSIS Write the Title of the concept here CYCLOHEXANE- CONFORMATIONAL ANALYSIS Prof. Pradeepkumar P. I. Department of Chemistry COURSE-CH103 Chemistry I Title of the concept 2

4 Questionnaire to test the user 1 INSTRUCTIONS SLIDE 1 Questionnaire to test the user 1) What would be the ratio of Half Chair conformer of Cyclohexane to Chair conformer at 300K. Take energy values from the earlier slides. Hint- Use Boltzmann distribution of states. 2 3 4 5 13

4 Questionnaire to test the user 1 INSTRUCTIONS SLIDE 1 Questionnaire to test the user 2) Draw the most stable conformational structure of cis- decalin and trans-decalin shown below. 2 3 4 5 14

The colored structure in the previous slide is the ball and stick convention. It would be better to use the ball and stick convention be used for slide 2 and 7 Please use white background. Black dots for carbons and blue dots for hydrogens.
