COR Clean-up goals Benefit Future course revisions will be simple and easy Data will be clean for accreditation visit Immediate Goal (November 2nd) Look at every Course Outline of Record (COR) Make quick fixes Identify fixes requiring more time Secondary Goal (November 30th) Within your department devise a plan to tackle fixes requiring more time Do it yourself Share the load (delegate to other faculty in the department) Discuss with your Dean the possibility of staff support for bigger fixes End Goal (March 29th) Ensure that all Course Outlines of Record are accurate and formatted properly.

COR Clean-up 2018/2019 workflow Can use this expedited workflow to… Add missing items that are already an approved part of the course outline (i.e. TOP Code or prerequisites) Update/revise items that will not require Chancellor’s Office approval and will not impact catalog information or MIS data. (Minor content changes/additions ok) Methods of Instruction Assignments Methods of Evaluation Textbooks Course Objectives CSLOs Course Outline (our course content) Add Pass/No Pass grading option Add or correct Master Discipline and Alternate Master Discipline to match Minimum Qualifications Improve formatting of Assignments or Course Content (eLumen calls this Course Outline)
