Upcoming Common Implementation Strategy of Freshwater Policies: 2013 - 2015

The SCG is asked to discuss the main elements that should form the structure and objectives of the CIS Work Programme 2013 in particular by responding to the questions posed in this document express its views on these and make proposals for the new Programme.
