AZ Ballot Measures Proposition 125: Allows for adjustments to the Elected Officials’ Retirement Plan and Corrections Officer Retirement Plan Proposition 126: Prohibits the government from increasing taxes on services in the future. Proposition 127: Requires 50 percent of energy to come from renewable resources by 2030. Proposition 305: Upholds SB 1431, expanding Empowerment Scholarship Accounts program Proposition 306: Designates unlawful contributions from clean election accounts and removes commission exemption from rulemaking requirements

Things to Know: Election Day is November 6th, 2018 and early voting is already underway in Arizona. Voters still have until Friday to request an early ballot. To do so visit your county recorder’s website. The deadline to mail in your early ballot and have it counted on Election Day is November 2nd. If you miss the November 2nd deadline or want to wait longer to fill out your early ballot, you can drop off your early ballot at any polling location on Election Day.
