Innovating Solutions to achieve greater access to and usability of vocational rehabilitation services. Our goal is to achieve the most effective outcomes for our customers. Customizing Services and Expertise that provide flexible supports and services. We accomplish this through specialized strategies to meet the workforce goals of our customers. Leading and Engaging in Collaborative Strategies with our partners who are working with us to achieve greater collective impact at all system levels.

Environmental Scan CSAVR completed an environmental scan to gather input from customers as well as a variety of internal and external stakeholders. This input was gathered through surveys and face to face forums/roundtables.   Business partners hosted the roundtables which demonstrated a commitment to building inclusive employment practices and attracting qualified talent. The following slides are highlights of what our business customers shared.
