Do Now Today, you will complete a current event. So begin the period by finding a current news article from one of the sites listed on the current event directions.

Current Events Current events will be completed online only. This assignment should take you approximately 25-30 minutes…if you focus instead of playing around. Go to the blog and locate the “Class Websites and Codes” link at the top of the home page. Scroll down and locate “Current Events”. Click on the “Current Events Weekly Assignment Directions” link. (Notice we aren’t doing these weekly. Be grateful.) Read the document. Search for your article using the listed periodicals.
