Giving Like a Macedonian “Moreover, brethren, we make known to you the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia” (2 Corinthians 8:1)

Giving Like a Macedonian “…that in a great trial of affliction the abundance of their joy and their deep poverty abounded in the riches of their liberality.” (2 Corinthians 8:2) The Macedonians… Gave despite “a great trial of affliction.” Life was HARD for them! Gave with “joy” Gave though in “deep poverty”. Were rich in liberality - they had an abundance of generosity
