Your assignment is to write an employee profile that describes the three most important traits that you are looking for in a childcare professional.

3.8 Paragraph Sentences 6 and 7 discusses/supports/explains your third idea Sentence 8 is your summary or conclusion
Rough Draft It’s time to turn your brainstorming into sentences. Follow the format to stay organized
Final Copy This time you will put your sentences into a paragraph format – not separate sentences. Remember to indent the first line Refer to your resource handout for help using transitional words. Write in blue or black ink
Final Copy Use the writing rubric to edit your work. Ask someone to read your paragraph to you out loud so you can hear if your writing makes sense. If they stumble over your words, you probably have grammatical errors to fix.
Final Copy Re-write if you need to fix any errors. When you turn in your work it should include your pre-write, rough draft and all your final copies and editing rubrics. Staple in a packet with the oldest in the bottom and the newest work on top
