Robotics Advances for Precision Farming SFS-05-2017 Robotics Advances for Precision Farming CHALLENGES Farming: sustainability, productivity, laborious manual work Existing automated systems: flexibility, efficiency, robustness, operator costs, capital investment Technology: demonstrate new robotics technologies in real- world, fitting user needs  including lower / more targeted fertilisation
