FASTER Configurations Configure Student Test Export Verify tests are selected correctly for Inter-District, Secondary and Bright Futures Transcripts

FASTER Batch Processing New batch process to send a range of students

FASTER Grade History Import Navigate to Web Student Management > Federal/State Reporting > Florida State Reporting > FASTER> Reports > Incoming Students Similar to the existing process of manually entering in Grade History records from FASTER Efficient and pre-populated values

FASTER Grade History Import Allows you to match the incoming student FASTER transcript to an existing, matching student in Skyward Student needs to be added in the system to appear available in the list for Grade History Import Select appropriate Matching Student from the browse and select “Import This Student” Import FASTER Classes browse will display

FASTER Grade History Import Import to New Class Loads the screen for entering course information for the selected FASTER course record Student Information and FASTER Class Information fields cannot be edited in this screen Stored Defaults for FASTER Course Stored values populate once you enter in the course information of an open record and Save Select TR00 entity (Transfer Student Entity)

FASTER Grade History Import Import to Existing Class This option would be to combine 2 Semester-Length Courses into 1 Year- Long Grade History record First select the Semester-1 Course and import using the “Import to New Class” option Second select the Semester-2 Course and select “Import to Existing Class” Display existing Grade History Record for the course SM1 grade will already be entered.

FASTER Grade History Import FASTER Incoming Students Browse, “Classes Imported” column and “Linked Student Alpha key” columns have been updated based on the changes made

Recent Updates PR 3728962 - FL: FL: Update address logic for FASTER When a value is entered into the Mailing Address field in the Address sub tab of the Student General Profile or the Graduation Snapshot, FASTER transcripts will use this Mailing Address instead of Home Address. PR 3623094 - FL: FASTER update for withdrawal information FASTER was updated to only use state withdrawal codes. PR 3691684 - FL: Add home school option to FASTER configuration An option has been added under FASTER Configuration to indicate whether to include home school Entry/Withdrawal records.
