paraphernalia The only paraphernalia for morphine is the needle The needle injects the drug directly into the muscle or the vein or deeply into the skin When injecting into the vein it takes only 15-30 seconds before you start to feel the effects of the drug When injected into the muscle or deep into the skin it takes about 3-5 mins before feeling any effects of the drug
