These arteries supply oxygen-rich b Angina (an-JI-nuh or AN-juh-nuh) is chest pain or discomfort that occurs if an area of your heart muscle doesn't get enough oxygen-rich blood. Angina may feel like pressure or squeezing in your chest. The pain also can occur in your shoulders, arms, neck, jaw, or back. Angina pain may even feel like indigestionlood to your heart muscle. When plaque builds up in the arteries, the condition is called atherosclerosis. Alternative analysis

Purpose The purpose of the alternatives analysis is to identify possible alternative options, assess the feasibility of these and agree upon one project strategy. Possible alternative means-end branches in the objectives tree which could become possible projects are identified and circled. These meansend branches constitute the alternative options. Alternative options are numbered or labeled, e.g. "production approach", "income approach", "training approach", etc. Referring to the results from the participation analysis (step 1), the participants should then discuss the alternative options in the light of which interest groups would be affected by them and in which ways.

IDENTIFY ALTERNATIVE OPTIONS Identify differing "means-ends" ladders, as possible alternative options or project components. Eliminate objectives which are obviously not desirable or achievable. Eliminate objectives which are pursued by other projects in the area. Discuss the implications for affected groups Circle the relevant one

Connecting the Alternative analysis to the Work Breakdown structure We know what we have to do to tackle the focal problem by transforming the problems into objectives and selecting manageable tasks by doing the strategy analysis Here we can se how we use all of the analysis that is, building the problem and objective analysis based on PESTLE-, Stakeholder- and SWOT analysis. We use manageable tasks that we selected from the strategy analysis and turn them into activities. We give them reference numbers which will be the same reference numbers as will be used in the logframe matrix and schedules (activity, detailed activity and resource schedules (budget)) At this point in time we can start to fill in the logframe matrix. Because we have the reasons why we want to do things, who should be involved, the purpose and overall objective (based on the focal problem) etc. then we have a clear guide as to how to write reports of what, why, who, when things are or should be done (performed)
