Figure 1a (a) Magnetic resonance imaging scan with contrast, coronal view, demonstrates multiple cysts in both kidneys, with different densities and sizes. Some of the cysts demonstrate wall enhancement (arrows). (b) Radiogallium-67 citrate scan shows intense uptake in both kidneys, particularly in the large cyst in the lower pole of the left kidney.
